Hub Wrestling — Terms & Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

Registration and payment are required to attend Hub Wrestling practices. By registering for a practice or purchasing a practice pack, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Hub Wrestling is a small, volunteer-led nonprofit. Payments help cover the cost of reserving mat space and running practices.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change and unexpected circumstances arise. However, Hub Wrestling reserves and pays for mat space in advance, and these costs may not be recoverable when someone cancels.

Drop-in practices: Payments for drop-in practices are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may request to reschedule, subject to availability.

Practice packs: Practice pack purchases are non-refundable, including for unused sessions.

Missed practices: If you register for a practice but do not attend, your payment or practice-pack credit will be forfeited.

Cancellations by Hub Wrestling: If Hub Wrestling cancels a practice, we will communicate any available rescheduling or refund options.

3. Practice Packs

Practice packs can be used to attend eligible Hub Wrestling practices. Each attendance will count as one session from your pack.

Practice packs are non-transferable unless Hub Wrestling agrees otherwise. Each practice pack expires according to the expiration terms specified in the pack purchased. Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable expiration terms at the time of purchase.

4. Changes to Practices

Practice schedules, locations, and availability may change. Hub Wrestling will communicate significant changes to registered participants whenever reasonably possible.

5. Participant Conduct and Safety

Participants are expected to treat fellow wrestlers, volunteers, and facility staff with respect, follow all applicable facility rules and practice safety instructions, and abide by the Hub Wrestling Club Code of Conduct. Hub Wrestling reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive training environment.

6. USA Wrestling Membership Requirement

Participants may attend their first Hub Wrestling practice as a trial session without an active USA Wrestling athlete membership, provided they sign and complete a liability waiver before participating.

Following their first practice, participants are required to obtain and maintain an active USA Wrestling athlete membership to participate in any Hub Wrestling Club activities involving wrestling.

Participants are responsible for obtaining and renewing their membership as necessary to remain eligible to participate.

7. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions or need help with a registration, please contact Hub Wrestling through our usual contact channels.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Hub Wrestling accessible and sustainable for everyone.
